We’re Hiring: Lead Qualifier / Telecaller
Experience: 1–2 Years
Work Mode: Remote
Shift: Night Shift – 1:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify leads.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business prospects.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Communicate professionally with clients and prospects.
Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified leads.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, lead qualification, inside sales, or a similar role.
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in the 1:00 AM – 9:30 AM night shift.
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote workplace.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
