Key Responsibilities
Research US state medical board requirements and identify the appropriate license application.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to collect required documents.
Prepare, complete, and review licensing applications for accuracy.
Request and track verifications required by state medical boards.
Follow up with state licensing boards until applications are approved.
Maintain regular communication with providers and respond to calls and emails promptly.
Update task management systems and track application progress.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain accurate records.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Robust spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly with US-based providers.
Close attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Solid coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and task management tools.




Reliability in responding to calls and emails within 24 hours, preferably by the end of the same business day.

Preferred Skills
Experience in US medical licensing or healthcare operations.
Knowledge of US state medical boards and medical license application procedures.
Experience handling provider documentation and verification processes.
Experience communicating with US-based clients or healthcare specialists.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
