A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective communication and service.

. Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, chats, or in-person meetings.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Explain products, services, offers, and company policies.
Maintain customer records and update CRM software.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Achieve customer satisfaction and other assigned performance targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
