Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Architect with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our design team. In this role, you will work closely with senior architects, project managers, and clients to produce high-quality architectural drawings, 3D renderings, site coordination, and structural/interior planning.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Conceptualization: Produce conceptual design options, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and photo-realistic renderings for architectural and interior projects.
Drafting & Documentation: Create accurate architectural working drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations, structural layouts, and construction details using CAD software.
Client & Team Coordination: Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, present design ideas, and update project progress.
Site Execution & Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress,



ensure execution strictly aligns with design intent, and resolve site-level discrepancies.
Vendor & Consultant Liaison: Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and material suppliers to maintain project quality and timelines.
Code & Standards Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and project budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Experience: 2 years of proven architectural or interior design experience in a firm.
Technical Software Proficiency:
Drafting: AutoCAD (Essential)
3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray / Enscape, or Adobe Photoshop
General: MS Office Suite
Design Knowledge: Good understanding of building materials, construction details, and interior finishes.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client pitches and team coordination.
