Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced MICC Specialist with a relevant background in MICC and solid English communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience handling medical information queries, providing accurate responses, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Handle medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Provide accurate, scientifically sound, and compliant responses to medical and product-related queries.
Review and respond to inquiries in accordance with approved product information and company guidelines.
Document, track, and maintain records of all medical information inquiries.




Identify and escalate adverse event reports and product quality complaints to the appropriate teams, as per established procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal SOPs, and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BDS qualification.
2–3 years of relevant experience with a previous background in MICC (Medical Information Call Center).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of medical information handling and query management.
Valuable documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage queries professionally.

Salary & Working Details
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Work Mode: Work From Office

Pay: ₹345,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
