We are looking for an experienced and talented Indian Chef to lead our Indian kitchen operations. You will be responsible for preparing authentic regional Indian dishes, mastering traditional gravies, tandoor items, and spice blends, and ensuring exceptional culinary quality and kitchen hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, or a minimum 12th Pass with formal qualified cooking training or vocational certification in Indian cuisine.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven skilled experience working as an Indian Chef, Curry Chef, or Tandoor/Line Cook specializing in North Indian, South Indian, or multi-regional Indian cuisines within a restaurant, hotel, or high-volume food establishment.
Skills: Expert knowledge of traditional Indian spice profiling, curry preparation, tandoor management, knife skills, food safety regulations, and the ability to operate efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook, and season a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes (including curries,



biryanis, tandoori items, breads, appetizers, and signature gravies) adhering strictly to standard recipes and quality benchmarks.
Station & Kitchen Management: Oversee station setup, handle high-volume cooking during peak hours, and ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation for every dish.
Quality & Hygiene Control: Maintain a spotless kitchen station, ensure proper storage and rotation of perishable raw materials and spices, and comply strictly with all food safety and health regulations.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor daily stock levels of fresh meats, vegetables, dairy, and spices, reporting procurement requirements to management.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to guarantee prompt order execution and high guest satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
