Property Manager – Settl.

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our co-living properties and ensure an excellent resident experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily property operations and conduct regular inspections.
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure property cleanliness and standards.
Handle resident concerns, move-ins, move-outs and documentation.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, utilities and other property requirements.
Monitor rental collections, inventory, keys and property assets.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, R&M; and other internal teams.
Maintain MIS, Google Sheets and daily operational reports.
Identify operational gaps and take timely corrective action.
Ensure compliance with Settl.



SOPs and property standards.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
