Hiring: Process Trainer – Market Development (Sales)

Location: Mumbai / Thane
Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver onboarding, refresher, and sales training programs.
Train teams on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer handling.
Identify performance gaps and improve conversion rates and revenue productivity.
Develop training modules, SOPs, and assessments.
Conduct mock calls, evaluations, and feedback sessions.

Requirements:
4–8 years of experience in Sales Training / Inside Sales / Market Development.
Solid knowledge of sales funnels, lead conversion, and objection handling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience training large teams is preferred.
Internet, matchmaking, or service industry experience is a plus.
