Department: Business Development (BD-SS)
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Position: Telecaller
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Experience: 6 month - 4 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding reorder requirements.
Handle LOST/RBNO customer calling and follow-ups.
Connect with existing and inactive customers to encourage repeat orders.
Understand customer requirements and resolve basic queries.
Maintain daily calling records and update customer information.
Prior experience in telecalling and customer handling.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
