Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer to coordinate construction activities, supervise site execution, monitor quality, and ensure that construction work is completed according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
Review construction drawings and technical specifications.
Monitor work progress and maintain project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labour teams.
Check measurements, levels, and alignment.
Monitor construction quality and material usage.
Prepare daily progress reports.
Assist in quantity estimation and material planning.




Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with construction safety standards.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in civil site engineering.
Knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
Understanding of construction materials and quality checks.
Robust coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at project sites.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
