About the Role

Digital Khidki is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive with 3–4 years of experience in managing social media platforms, developing content strategies, and driving audience engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and posting schedules.
Create engaging captions, hashtags, post ideas, reels, and stories.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and viral content formats.
Monitor engagement, reach, followers, views, and other performance metrics.
Analyze social media insights and prepare regular performance reports.
Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure timely content delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and organic growth.
Monitor competitors and implement new ideas to improve social media performance.




Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all social media platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Knowledge of content planning, audience engagement, social media analytics, and platform algorithms.
Excellent communication, caption-writing, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and make improvements based on insights.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools is preferred.
Robust organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Capable of working independently as well as coordinating with a team.
