About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Staff to join our retail team. The ideal candidate
should be confident in communicating with customers, comfortable with social media, and interested in
building a long-term career with the company. Freshers who are willing to learn and grow are welcome to

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, features, pricing, offers, and availability.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products and support them throughout the buying process.
Maintain a positive and qualified customer experience inside the store.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic after-sales support professionally.
Keep product displays, shelves, and the sales area neat, organized, and presentable.
Support social media activities, customer engagement, and basic promotional activities when required.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
Maintain punctuality, discipline,



and skilled standards at all times.
Requirements & Preferred Skills
Male & Female candidates are welcome to apply.
Freshers are welcome; prior retail or sales experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Social media friendly and comfortable engaging with customers online and offline.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of smartphones, social media platforms, and digital communication is preferred.

Compensation & Work Schedule

Salary Based on experience, communication skills, and overall skill set

Working Hours 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off 4 days per month

Location Panampilly Nagar, Kochi

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
