Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive recent business growth in the logistics and transportation sector. The role will focus on acquiring recent customers, developing business relationships, generating revenue, and expanding the company’s logistics network and service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities in the logistics and transportation sector.

Generate leads through market research, cold calling, references, networking, and field visits.

Prepare and negotiate freight rates, commercial proposals, contracts, and service agreements.

Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

Develop prospects for FTL, PTL, express cargo, dedicated vehicles and other logistics services.

Follow up on quotations and leads and convert them into regular business.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kolkata, West Bengal
