1.Medication Dispensing: Dispense prescribed medications accurately to OPD, IPD, emergency, and discharge patients as per the physician’s prescription.
Prescription Verification: Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate dosage, drug interactions, allergies, contraindications, and potential medication errors.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, maintain adequate medicine availability, and ensure timely replenishment of essential drugs and medical supplies.
Drug Storage and Handling: Ensure proper storage of medicines, including temperature-sensitive drugs, vaccines, narcotics, and other controlled medications, as applicable.
Expiry and Batch Monitoring: Regularly check expiry dates, batch numbers, and product quality; remove expired or damaged medicines from usable stock.
Patient Counselling: Educate patients on medication dosage, administration, timing, side effects, precautions, and proper storage.
Billing and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of medicine dispensing, billing, returns, stock movements,



and other pharmacy transactions.
Coordination with Medical Teams: Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare specialists regarding medication availability, prescription clarifications, and appropriate medication use.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, drug regulations, hospital policies, and requirements for maintaining records of controlled medicines.
Patient Safety and Quality Improvement: Promote rational drug use, prevent medication errors, report adverse drug reactions, and participate in hospital quality assurance and medication safety initiatives.

Qualification:
D.Pharm or B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
Must hold a valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council.

Experience : Minimum 1 year

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
