About the Role

We are looking for a Property Field Executive to identify residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale in assigned areas of Bengaluru. The candidate will visit properties, take photos and videos, collect basic property details from owners, and share the information with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned areas across Bengaluru to identify properties available for rent or sale.
Find residential and commercial properties, including houses, apartments, plots, shops, and office spaces.
Take clear photos and videos of the properties.
Collect basic property details, including location, size, price, rent, and property type.




Coordinate with property owners to collect information and arrange property access.
Share property photos, videos, locations, and details with the internal team.
Maintain regular communication with the team regarding newly identified properties.

Salary and Benefits
Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹35,000, based on experience and skills.

Requirements
Good communication skills and willingness to work in the field.
Ability to travel across different areas of Bengaluru.
Basic smartphone knowledge for taking photos, videos, and sharing property details.
