Job Description – Senior Dentist (BDS)

Qualification: BDS
Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat patients with various dental conditions.
Perform Root Canal Treatment (RCT), dental restorations, extractions, and other general dental procedures.
Handle patient consultations, treatment planning, and case discussions.
Explain treatment plans, procedures, and costs to patients.
Manage patient relationships and ensure quality dental care.
Maintain patient records and follow sterilization and infection-control protocols.
Support clinic operations and achieve patient satisfaction targets.

Required Skills




Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience after BDS.
Solid hands-on experience in RCT and restorative procedures.
Positive communication and patient management skills.
Ability to handle independent consultations and treatment planning.
Valid dental registration with the relevant State Dental Council.
