A Production Shift In-Charge in a Poultry Feed Mill is responsible for supervising daily production activities, managing operators and workers, and ensuring production targets are achieved as per the schedule. The role includes monitoring grinding, batching, mixing, pelleting, and packing operations; ensuring feed quality and accurate formulation; coordinating with maintenance and quality control teams; minimizing machine downtime and material wastage; maintaining production records; and ensuring workplace safety, hygiene, and smooth shift handover.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
