Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit documentation.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Support employee engagement activities, celebrations and Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
Help prepare HR letters, reports, policies and other HR documents.
Coordinate with employees and departments for routine HR-related requirements.





Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed a B'Com, BA or BBA, or a relevant degree.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.
