Social Media Manager – Job Description

Role Overview
Responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, planning campaigns, and improving brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Plan and schedule posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Create engaging content, captions, and hashtags.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and campaign performance.
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries.
Track social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
Prepare monthly performance reports and optimize content strategies.





Required Skills
Robust communication and creative thinking.
Knowledge of social media marketing and analytics.
Understanding of content planning and brand building.
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and paid advertising.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 0–3 years, depending on company requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
