Position: Gym Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet members and visitors professionally.
Handle current membership enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp and social media.
Explain membership plans, offers, facilities, personal training and other gym services.
Convert enquiries into memberships and achieve monthly sales/enquiry conversion targets.
Manage membership registrations, renewals, upgrades and cancellations.
Maintain accurate member records and update the gym management system/software.
Follow up with potential customers and pending enquiries regularly.
Send membership renewal reminders and follow up with expired/expiring memberships.
Handle customer queries, feedback and basic complaints professionally.
Coordinate with trainers regarding new members, personal training and member requirements.
Maintain proper daily cash/UPI/card payment records and submit reports to management.
Manage reception area,



visitor entries and appointment/enquiry schedules.
Inform members about gym rules, timings, offers, events and promotions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff to ensure a clean and professional front-desk experience.
Maintain confidentiality of member information and payment details.
Prepare daily/weekly reports covering enquiries, admissions, renewals and collections.
Assist management with basic social-media/WhatsApp communication when required.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Good Hindi and basic English communication.
Pleasant personality and qualified appearance.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and computer operations.
Ability to use WhatsApp and social-media platforms.
Sales and follow-up skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation ability.
Responsible, punctual and well-organized.
Ability to work in a fast-paced gym environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
