Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused for Manager - Account Management with solid experience in Mainline Advertising and client servicing within an advertising or creative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure effective communication and delivery.
Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and other teams for execution.
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Support campaign planning and execution across relevant communication channels.
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Experience




4–5 years of Account Management / Client Servicing experience within an advertising or creative agency.
Solid Mainline Advertising experience is mandatory.
Basic understanding of Digital Advertising will be an added advantage.
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
Adaptable, cooperative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Strong team player with a valuable cultural fit and a proactive approach.
