Process: Domestic Inbound Voice Process
Experience: BPO/Customer Service Experience Mandatory
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Communication: Excellent English communication skills
Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance
Working Hours: 8 hours per day within the shift window
Working Days: 5 days one week and 6 days the next week
Interview Process: 4 Rounds – Walk-In Interview

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.




Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
Handle complaints and escalations with patience.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
Meet assigned performance and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills
Mandatory BPO or customer service experience
Excellent English communication skills
Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable working in a voice process
