Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Front Desk
Welcome and assist pet parents visiting the clinic
Manage appointments, walk-ins, and scheduling
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer follow-ups
Ensure a smooth, skilled, and warm customer experience.
Clinic Operations
Coordinate between veterinarians, groomers, and customers.
Preferred Experience in any of the following industries will be an added advantage:
Veterinary clinics
Pet stores
Pet grooming businesses
Hospitals or healthcare clinics
Luxury retail
Hospitality
Wellness centres
Fitness chains
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
