Job Summary

Laundry Time Corporation is looking for a motivated, skilled, and customer-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee account activities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and service-related requests professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Monitor client accounts, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required.
Conduct regular client follow-ups to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts and generate recent business.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain skilled communication.
Support the company’s business growth by delivering excellent client service.

Required Qualifications & Skills




Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
Good problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.

Compensation & Working Hours
Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000, based on experience and skills.
Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Work Environment: Professional and customer-oriented.
