We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Executive to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products, generating sales, achieving assigned sales targets, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and retailers.

Key Responsibilities
Visit retail shops, distributors, and assigned market areas.
Promote company products and explain their features and perks to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Generate new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Monitor product availability, stock levels, and market demand.
Collect market feedback and share sales reports with the reporting manager.
Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets.




Work according to the company's sales plans and targets.

Skills Required

Basic sales and marketing knowledge.
Ability to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
Ability to manage time and complete daily sales activities.

Significant Note

This is a target-based sales job. Performance will be evaluated based on sales achievements, market coverage, customer engagement, and the completion of assigned targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
