Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Captain to manage daily floor operations, ensure excellent guest service, and coordinate with the service team to deliver a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Manage table allocation, reservations, and guest seating.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Supervise stewards and floor members during service operations.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and adherence to service standards.
Monitor service quality and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Assist with billing, upselling, and achieving restaurant sales targets.




Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team training.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B; service, preferably in a fine-dining or premium restaurant.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Robust knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in premium dining, casual dining, or luxury hospitality brands will be preferred.
