Job Title: Admissions Officer/Sales officer

Excellent English Proficiency with Minimum 1 year experience in Academic counselling is mandatory

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Guides students and their families regarding educational options and alternatives, admission prerequisites, rules and procedures, the transfer of credits, and potential financial assistance if required.
Guarantee that potential students and parents receive skilled, supportive, and streamlined assistance throughout the entire admissions procedure.
Enhancing conversion rates and revenue while ensuring a consistent influx of highly qualified applicants for Westford University College.
Participate in all recruitment events, encompassing open houses, educational fairs, informational sessions, exhibitions, school tours, and off-campus engagements.
Make substantial contributions to the institutional database containing information about potential, current, and prospective students.
Promote diversity and inclusivity in the admissions process, ensuring fair representation of various backgrounds and perspectives.
Input and uphold application data throughout the admissions journey, encompassing initial applications, offer specifics, financial particulars, and similar information.
Uphold elevated standards of qualified attendance,



punctuality, appearance, and demeanour.

Required Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:
Demonstrating robust interpersonal and communication abilities, along with the capacity to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders within a diverse community.
Familiarity with matters related to student recruitment and retention.
Understanding the extensive array of academic departments, curricula, and programs offered by the university.
Organizing and coordinating skills.
Ability to evaluate student transcripts and/or records.
Familiarity with the admission policies, standards, and procedures of university enrolment.

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience within an educational context.

(Individuals lacking a bachelor's degree but possessing equivalent professional experience are also encouraged to submit their applications.)

Location: Kochi, India

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
