Job Role: Fettling Process Operator
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree
Experience: 0–4 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹25,000 per month
Shift Details: As per company requirements
Food: Free food provided
Weekly Off: 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

Job Responsibilities
Perform fettling operations on cast metal components.
Remove excess metal, burrs, and sharp edges using suitable tools.
Grind, clean, and finish components according to quality standards.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure product quality.
Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the workplace.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have completed 8th, 10th, or 12th standard, ITI, Diploma, or any Degree are eligible.




Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures is an advantage.
