Make outbound calls to customers and leads as per the CRM department’s requirements.
Follow up with customers, leads, and business enquiries and maintain regular communication.
Update call details, customer information, follow-ups, and status accurately in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
Maintain qualified communication, positive telephone etiquette, and achieve assigned daily calling targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
