Key Responsibilities
Inward Supply & Quality Inspection
Goods Receipt: Receive incoming medical consumables, surgical tools, pharmaceuticals, and general supplies against purchase orders (POs) and delivery challans.
Verification: Inspect physical quantities, batch numbers, manufacturing/expiry dates, and quality standards before generating Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the hospital ERP/software.
Rejection Handling: Flag and document damaged, short-supplied, or non-conforming items and coordinate immediate returns or vendor replacements.
Inventory & Stock Control
FIFO / FEFO Implementation: Strictly enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) principles to minimize medicine and consumable wastage.
Expiry Tracking: Monitor near-expiry items regularly and flag them to management or clinical departments well ahead of time.
Stock Audits: Conduct periodic and physical stock reconciliations (daily, weekly, or monthly) to match physical inventory with system records.
Material Issuance & Distribution
Indent Processing:



Issue materials strictly against authorized department requisitions or indents (covering the ICU, Operation Theatre (OT), Emergency, Wards, Laboratory, and OPD).
Consumption Tracking: Maintain department-wise issue logs and monitor usage trends to spot abnormal consumption or pilferage.
Compliance & NABH Standards
Accreditation Support: Ensure store operations, labeling, segregation, and high-risk/restricted drug or item storage comply with NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) standards.
Environmental Controls: Maintain and log required temperature and humidity conditions for sensitive medical stores or cold-chain items.
Housekeeping & Safety: Keep the store clean, well-organized, fire-secure, and secured against unauthorized access.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
