Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day shop-floor manufacturing and assembly activities.
Read, interpret, and understand mechanical engineering drawings.
Allocate work to shop-floor workers and ensure timely execution as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate effectively with the Stores and Purchase teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and components.
Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
Resolve routine shop-floor issues and ensure smooth workflow between departments.

Candidate Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in a machinery manufacturing environment.
Valuable understanding of mechanical drawings, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
Solid shop-floor management, worker-handling, and coordination skills.
A proactive, disciplined, and hands-on approach with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
