Job Summary

Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Tele Counselor to connect with prospective and existing customers, understand their skincare and wellness concerns, explain the company's products and services, and convert enquiries into successful sales and appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customers' skincare, wellness, and beauty-related requirements.
Explain company products, services, treatment packages, and offers clearly.
Provide professional counseling and recommend suitable services based on customer needs.
Follow up regularly with interested leads and potential customers.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Convert enquiries into appointments and sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM data.
Prepare daily calling, follow-up, and sales reports.
Coordinate with the internal team for appointments and customer support.
Ensure a positive customer experience and follow company policies.





Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, counseling, customer service, or healthcare and wellness is preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Valuable command of Hindi and English; Punjabi is an advantage.
Solid interpersonal, listening, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Working Schedule
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Monday to Friday-One rotational off, Saturday and Sunday are working.
Location: Chandigarh
Training Period: 5–7 days (Unpaid)
2 years of agreement is mandatory.
