House of Fett, a rapid-growing premium women’s fashion brand, is looking for an experienced Retail Planning & Allocation Manager to join our Head Office team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage retail buying, product selection, and assortment planning for EBO, MBO and multi designer stores.
Analyze sales trends and product performance to make effective buying decisions.
Plan inventory, stock allocation, replenishment, and inter-store stock transfers.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, warehouse, and retail teams.
Monitor stock availability, inventory ageing, and sell-through rates.




Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock-outs and excess stock.
Prepare buying plans, sales reports, and inventory performance reports.

Requirements:
Graduate in Fashion, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in retail buying, merchandising, or retail operations, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
Solid analytical, negotiation, planning, and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of inventory management, MS Excel, and sales analysis.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
