Medflow Innovations is a healthcare supply company in Chennai. We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to own the desk the business runs through.

An enquiry arrives - by phone, from our marketplace, through the website - and you own it from that moment to delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend incoming calls and respond to enquiries from hospitals, clinics and dealers
Convert enquiries into quotations: correct product, correct quantity, correct price
Follow up on open quotations and close orders
Process orders and coordinate dispatch with the warehouse
Raise invoices and maintain accurate order and billing records
Keep CRM records current so nothing is lost between enquiry and delivery
Support the field sales team so they stay in the field rather than at a desk
Follow up on outstanding payments with customers

LOCATION AND WORKING DAYS





Our office is in Choolai, near Purasawalkam, Chennai. Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

REQUIREMENTS
1 to 3 years in inside sales, tele-sales or sales coordination
Comfortable on the phone with customers who have not heard of us
Careful with detail - in healthcare supply, a quick quotation with an error in it is worse than a slow one
Working knowledge of quotation and invoicing processes; experience with an ERP or CRM is an advantage
Fluent in English (Tamil preferred)
Any graduate

Most inside sales jobs are order-taking. This one is not. You will be the person who decides whether an enquiry becomes an order, and the person the field team depends on to make sure what they promised actually arrives.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
