HR Recruiter – Rajkot

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, databases and references.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews with HODs and management.
Maintain candidate pipeline, interview status and recruitment MIS.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or related field preferred.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
Robust sourcing, screening and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
