We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible person to coordinate packaging, dispatches and related operational activities at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily packaging and dispatch activities.
Communicate with customers regarding orders and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with production, billing and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatches.
Maintain dispatch records, documentation and reports.
Verify order details, quantities, labels and invoices for accuracy.
Use MS Word and MS Excel for daily operational work.
Ensure smooth coordination between different departments and follow up on pending orders.

Requirements
Positive working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is mandatory.




Robust attention to detail and positive coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and follow up on tasks independently.
Responsible, organised and willing to take ownership of assigned work.
Prior experience in dispatch, packaging, inventory or manufacturing operations is preferred.
Willingness to learn and operate specialised equipment as required.
Must be located within 50KM by road from Chalakudy

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
