WE ARE HIRING – Facility Executive

Location: Bangalore , Electronic city
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
Qualification: Any degree

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily housekeeping and soft services operations at the client site.
Supervise housekeeping staff, team leaders, and supervisors.
Ensure proper cleaning standards, hygiene, and workplace maintenance.
Monitor attendance, manpower deployment, and shift schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs and 5S standards.
Ensure the secure handling and usage of housekeeping chemicals and equipment.
Coordinate with clients to address complaints and resolve service-related issues.
Monitor cleaning materials, consumables, and inventory requirements.




Prepare daily reports, attendance records, and operational checklists.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, hygiene, and equipment usage.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.
