Position: Sales Manager / Relationship Manager – Prime LAP
Location: Delhi NCR
Product: Prime Loan Against Property (LAP)

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented sales professionals for the Prime LAP business in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality LAP business, developing DSA and connector networks, managing customer relationships, and achieving monthly disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities
Source Prime LAP business through DSAs, connectors, channel partners, and direct customer references.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and recent channel partners.
Generate quality leads for Loan Against Property from self-employed individuals, business owners, and eligible salaried customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and login to credit approval and disbursement.
Understand customer financials, property details, income documents, and basic credit eligibility.
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing.
Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.




Expand the business network across assigned Mumbai locations.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Relevant experience in LAP / Mortgage Loans / Secured Lending.
Product Knowledge: Prime LAP, property-backed lending, and customer financial assessment.
Channel Network: Existing DSA/connector relationships will be an advantage.
Skills: Sales, negotiation, relationship management, and business development.
Location: Local candidates preferred.

Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of the Local market.
Ability to generate business through channel partners and direct sourcing.
Good communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented approach with a focus on business growth and portfolio quality.
