We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team . In this role, you will be the face of our business greeting customers, assisting with purchases, maintaining store displays, and helping drive everyday sales.

Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet customers as they enter and provide attentive assistance throughout their visit.
Learn and communicate product features, benefits, and current promotions to assist customers in making informed purchases.
Process customer transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system (cash, card, and digital payments).
Keep sales floor, display shelves, and checkout areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and inventorying incoming shipments.




Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a positive, qualified attitude.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, phone inquiries, and order processing as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Prior customer service or retail experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, or basic computer operations is a plus.
Attributes: Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
