Artham Group is a group of Firms in legal and tax/ accounting domain. The current opening is for Artham Consulting Services LLP - the same Founder team which also operates Artham Law Chambers. Our Firms were set up in 2021, and have been actively advising clients on tax; accounting and related domains. We have our offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi & Jaipur.

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on tax professional to handle our GST and TDS compliance and to be the first point of contact for tax questions across the organisation. You will work closely with the finance team and own monthly and quarterly compliance from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C), and reconcile input tax credit with GSTR-2B
Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q), issue Form 16/16A, and handle challan and default corrections on TRACES
Manage Input Service Distributor (ISD) compliance: allocate credit across GSTINs and file the ISD return
Answer routine internal tax queries from finance, procurement and business teams (GST rates, ITC eligibility, TDS applicability on vendor payments)




Support the finance team on tax entries, month-end closing, audits and tax-related reconciliations
Track due dates and maintain a compliance calendar so nothing is missed
Keep up with GST and TDS changes and flag any that affect the business
Assist in replies to routine departmental notices and queries

What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of hands-on experience in GST and TDS compliance (in a company, CA firm or tax practice)
Working knowledge of the GST portal, TRACES and the income tax portal
Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations)
Familiarity with Tally, SAP or a similar accounting system
Transparent written and spoken English
Careful, organised and deadline-driven

Positive to Have
Exposure to multi-state GST registrations or ISD
Experience handling GST or TDS notices
CA qualification

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
