Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Sriperumbudur, Chennai
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 8+ years in HR Management / HR Operations
Language: Hindi proficiency is mandatory
Preferred Industry: Automotive / Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exits.
Handle employee engagement, grievances, retention, and performance management.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Implement HR policies and processes across the organization.
Prepare HR MIS, reports, and documentation.




Partner with management and department heads on HR-related matters.

Requirements
8+ years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Positive understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in Automotive/Engineering industry preferred.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage HR operations.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
