HR Recruitment Intern

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat (Onsite)
Employment Type: Internship - Part time
Working Hours: 4 hours per day
Compensation: ₹8,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident HR Recruitment Intern to support our talent acquisition activities. The role primarily involves contacting potential candidates from an existing database, assessing their suitability and interest in available opportunities, conducting initial telephonic screening interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates from the existing recruitment database.
Explain job opportunities and assess candidates’ interest and availability.
Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Ask relevant screening questions and record candidate responses.
Update candidate details, screening feedback, and recruitment status in Excel trackers.
Follow up with interested and suitable candidates to coordinate the next steps.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate outcomes.




Coordinate with the recruitment team to share shortlisted candidate details and daily progress updates.

Requirements
Positive verbal communication skills and confidence in speaking with candidates over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, including data entry and updating spreadsheets.
Valuable listening skills and the ability to ask relevant questions.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling repetitive calling and follow-up activities.
Willingness to work onsite at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, for 4 hours per day.
