Wellflare Agro is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the FMCG sector. Candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients.
Identify current business opportunities and expand market reach.
Promote company products and achieve sales targets.
Manage distributor networks and coordinate with existing customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support marketing activities and implement sales strategies.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
FMCG industry experience is required.
Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and develop recent business opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
