We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries and problems, and providing a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, or chat.
Understand customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Maintain a polite and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.





Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills in English.
Robust problem-solving and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and office applications.
Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates must be comfortable communicating in English.
Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
