Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales), keeping customer data accurate, clean, and up to date
Segment customers based on behaviour, demographics, and purchase history
Plan and execute email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notification campaigns
Build and monitor automated workflows such as onboarding, abandoned cart, renewal, and win-back journeys
Track campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion, churn, retention) and prepare regular reports
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to keep customer data and messaging consistent
Resolve customer queries and escalations related to CRM communications
Run loyalty, referral, and re-engagement programs
Conduct A/B tests and recommend improvements from the results
Ensure compliance with data privacy and communication regulations (e.g., DPDP Act, TRAI/DND norms)

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
