Position: HR Executive
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred.
Good knowledge of basic HR processes and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding of employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with employees and management for day-to-day HR activities.
Support employee engagement and workplace-related activities.
Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/HR software.
Professional attitude with positive problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
