Qualification
DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent relevant qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Perform laboratory tests and investigations accurately and efficiently.
Handle sample collection, processing, and proper sample storage.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Ensure quality control and follow laboratory safety protocols.
Maintain accurate test records and documentation.
Follow infection control procedures and biomedical waste management guidelines.
Assist in daily laboratory operations and ensure timely reporting of results.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory.
Positive knowledge of laboratory procedures and sample handling.
Ability to operate laboratory instruments and troubleshoot basic issues.
Attention to detail and accuracy in testing.
Positive communication skills and a responsible approach to work.
