Personal Chef / Multi-Cuisine Chef – Full Time

We are looking for a professionally trained Personal Chef who has strong knowledge of food, nutrition, hygiene and multiple cuisines and can independently handle complete food and kitchen responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements
Hotel Management (HM), Culinary Arts, Food Production or similar professional qualification preferred
Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian and other cuisines
Ability to prepare healthy everyday meals as well as restaurant-style dishes
Good understanding of nutrition, protein, calories, portion control and balanced meals
Ability to prepare meals according to health, fitness and dietary requirements
Strong knowledge of ingredients, food quality, freshness and proper storage
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Handle cooking-related washing, cleaning and complete kitchen organization
Plan daily/weekly menus and suggest current dishes
Manage grocery and ingredient requirements and monitor kitchen stock




Able to work independently without constant supervision
Professional, trustworthy, disciplined and punctual
Flexible to work at home, office or different locations in the Vasai–Virar area
Should be comfortable with occasional travel if required

Responsibilities

The Personal Chef will be responsible for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and beverages as required.

The chef should be capable of understanding the employer's taste, health goals and daily schedule and planning meals accordingly.

This is not a restaurant chef position. We are looking for a long-term Personal Chef who can take complete responsibility for food preparation, nutrition, hygiene, kitchen management and meal planning.

Experience: 1+ year preferred

Applicants should share their CV, Hotel Management/Culinary qualification, previous experience and cuisines they specialize in.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
