Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Meta Ads Executive to manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and support clients with their advertising requirements.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, valuable English communication skills for client interactions, and practical knowledge of both video editing and graphic designing.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze advertising metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage audience targeting, campaign objectives, budgets, and ad placements.
Communicate professionally with clients in English regarding campaign requirements, updates, and performance.
Create engaging graphic creatives, banners,



and advertising materials using Canva or similar tools.
Edit videos and reels for social media advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with the team to improve ad creatives and campaign effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills and Requirements
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Positive spoken English communication skills.
Confidence in communicating with clients professionally.
Practical knowledge of BOTH video editing and graphic designing.
Familiarity with Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut or similar software.
Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics, audience targeting, and ad optimization.
Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Working Days and Timings
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Week Off: All Sundays and 2 Saturdays off per month.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
