Job Description

AdvArise Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to manage home healthcare service enquiries, communicate with prospective clients, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

We are looking for someone who is serious about building a secure, long-term career with our company.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, Meta Ads, website, and other channels.
Make outbound calls and understand customer requirements.
Explain home healthcare services, pricing, and service plans.
Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
Coordinate with the operations team for service commencement.
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales conversion goals.

Educational Qualification
12th Pass
Diploma
Any Degree

Positive Tamil communication skills and basic English knowledge.
Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling skills.
Confident communication, customer-handling, and follow-up abilities.
